Heathrow Boarding Kennels and Cattery

Lakeside Cottage, Park Ln, Horton, Slough SL3 9PR, UK – 01753 682747

My two greyhounds love the ladies who run the kennel. They are so sweet to my dogs, making sure they're comfortable and giving them extra blankets and coats if it gets chilly. After trying others in the area, I'm very lucky I found them!

Very happy with how my dog was looked after! She was well fed actually got a bit fat when we took her home but I rather she gets fat than depressed. I like the fact that the dogs are not facing each other so there is not constant barking at each other. This was the second time we used this kennel and could not be happier with the staff there. Compared to another kennel from where my dog came back depressed and stealing food this never happened after this kennel!

Paws Boarding Cattery

Sekos, Horton Rd, Stanwell Moor, Staines TW19 6BQ, UK – 01753 683853

Having used Paws Cattery several times for my cat I wouldn't send her to any other place. It's a clean, safe environment that overlooks the most beautiful garden and Kathleen clearly loves each and every cat there dearly. I was very impressed by the welcoming attitude of the staff and the reasonable prices for lodging pixie there. Kathleen and her staff at Paws also allowed me to collect Pixie out of the usual opening hours when our flights were delayed and have always been pleasant and professional. There is a local Vet which Paws uses if necessary and this also put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend this cattery!!

Kathleen and her team are truly amazing! After my cat was run over, I took him to Kathleen's as he needed 'box rest'. She cared for him better than I ever could. He was so well looked after that he didn't really want to come home. She identified his care need and went above and beyond. He has become particularly partial to cuddles and love since being with Kathleen - which demonstrates the time and care she shows not just to him but to all her animals. I wish Kathleen and her team could open a human version of the cattery, I'd visit weekly. Thank you only ever giving the best for my four furries x

Airpets Ltd

Spout Lane North, Longford, Heathrow TW19 6BW, UK – 01753 685571

Airpets provided a fantastic service in transporting our 2 cats Leon and Milo to USA. I dealt with Cheryl and she was really helpful in answering all my questions and ensuring I had the correct vaccinations etc before travel. They made the whole process easy. They were picked up from my flat in London the day before and flew the following day. Despite being scared when they initially arrived in USA, it didn't take them long to settle in to their new home at all. A couple weeks later I arrived and united with them. They are so happy to be in their new home in sunny Texas here they are sunbathing on the window ledge. I recommend using Airpets. I had so much anxiety about transporting my cats however I could not leave them behind and Airpets too such good care of them! Thank you!

l had an excellent experience with the Airpets team. Specifically, Ashley, Dot and Megan (in alphabetic order) who went the extra mile to help my beloved cat have the best time while being in quarantine. In any case, every Airpets employee l met was friendly and professional. Knowing l couldn't go and visit my kitty every day but how much my wife and l missed her, Megan surprised me one day and, unexpectedly, emailed me pictures of our cat. Likewise, l asked Ashley if she'd mind sending me a picture of the kitty every now and then. Not only did she send pictures often, but also videos! My kitty's kennel was always clean and tidy. She always had food available (l was asked what food my kitty likes, so she was fed that type) and toys to play with. All l can say is 'thanks a lot' to the Airpets team! And yes, l'd recommend Airpets to a friend.

Gerard Clarke at the Staines branch is an outstanding vet. He has looked after my dog, Rolo for ten years. This place is run to a very high standard.

We have used the Staines branch on a number of occasions, most recently for a very bad cut to my dogs foot. On every occasion we have found all the staff to be very polite, helpful, knowledgable and professional and i would not hesitate to recommend them.

Willett House Veterinary Surgeons - Stanwell

I moved from the Staines branch to Stanwell when it opened and have taken my cats to Olivia ever since. Olivia and the team were amazing at caring for my elderly cat until her final days. Now I have adopted another cat and it has been lovely to go back, see the guys at Stanwell and, again, experience really great care from all of them. I love the small, village feel that this branch has. Great work everyone!

I moved form my old vets as I wasn't happy with the service and I couldn't be happier! All of the team are so kind, caring and professional when dealing with our 3 bassets and now a new kitten! Olivia is so lovely, her and Lisa deserve a medal for sorting out Bertie's nails! Thank you from us all x
