They've upgraded the restaurant quite recently. You now need to find a table yourself and then either order at the bar or download an app from which to do it. The former is a nuisance but the latter is actually quite convenient, in spite of its reason for being simply saving money. The menu is slightly expanded, with pizzas and possibly other stuff being new. The pepperoni pizza is reasonably good, as is the beer. Nothing special, though. The problem with Heathrow T5 is that the alternatives aren't any better, hence me giving Crown Rivers a 3. It's all relative if you have a long flight ahead of you.
This is a Wetherspoons chain. The thing I love about wetherspoons is the ability to order and pay with an app. The full food/drinks menu is on the app and it is easier to add extras. The staff here are very quick. 10 minutes maximum wait for food and they bring your drinks straight over after ordering on the app. It's surprisingly quite reasonably priced for being in an airport.

Food was really good. A few of us turned up at a quiet time with limited staff. All the food came out superb. I would recommend the meat feast (handmade) pizza!
Visited this pub yesterday evening as we were staying in the Travelodge close by, the beer in the Travelodge was shameful it had as much life as water so we were told about this pub by a couple of other people staying in the same hotel. On arrival we were greeted warmly by the bar staff, it was a well presented establishment extremely clean with a lovely beer garden, we also ordered four very tasty meals and drinks. The bar staff were very friendly to the children and had a great report with their clientele, I would highly recommend, can't praise the staff enough as I work in a customer service industry so I can appreciate when it's delivered well. Well done the golden cross xxx

Very nice pub, Phil the landlord very nice helpfully and his wife also exactly the same, 1st time I'd visited this pub and would definitely use again and encourage family and friends to visit also very very nice.
Very good looking old style English pub.

I didn't come here the first time because I wanted to. In fact I hated it as it's not in London. But, as soon as I tasted one of the sushi, I knew I would be coming back over and over and I did. I sometimes eat on my own just to have sushi. This is now my favourite sushi restaurant. Although it's a small restaurant, they offer amazing sushi. My favourite is the No Name sushi. So if you ever visit make sure to order it.
Given the quality/price ratio of Sushi Nara, they are absolutely the best sushi there is. I can't really justify going to the "posh" sushi restaurants in London when I can go to Sushi Nara instead. Been a loyal customer for many years. The owner is funny, talented, hard-working and a great host. Highly recommended. The Staines and Guildford restaurants are equally good.

Me and my partner visit the restaurant a lot. The manager Nadia and her team are brilliant. Ernesto and Kash have been our waiters / waitress and we were really happy with the service. 👍
Not very impressed... my husband and me we arrived about 7pm, restaurant quite busy with families with kids, but many tables still available... we had to wait standing for more then 20mins I don't know why... We have not been offered a sit to wait on... exhausted we decided to take a sit copying the other customers in the queue before us that took a sit too We ordered straight away... the starter easy to assemble italian classic, but took an other 20mins to arrived. Nice plate to share for 2 £15.50, shame we had to share the little piece of mozzarella (half the normal ball of mozzarella), to my question how big is the mozzarella for a 1 person version at £8.50, the waiter answered that would have been a little piece ( !!!) After an other 20mins we finished our starter the Margerita and Buffalo pizza arrived.. The thin base was ok, not too dry not too soggy... the tomato sauce could have been more generous, the buffalo mozzarella was invisible, the margherita mozzarella was dry only visible the bubbles from the melted cheese... The lady that took care of us was nice but maybe too busy having to manage the full restaurant I would have loved to rate this restaurant in Staines higher but the food and its waiting time really let us down.

Ignore these bad reviews Kims Kitchen is the best local take away in the area. Fresh and tasty food, never ordered delivery from here but can't see why it would be any different? Since the first time I came here, I hate to say it because my last local were so friendly bit these guys at Kim's are my new regulars!
Fresh and full of flavour, the portion sizes are good too. This is one of the best Chinese takeaways I have ever been to.

This service is very good, a lot of things can be purchased here, take-away food is very delicious
Chinese takeout which is reasonably priced compare to other chinese restaurants in the area. Better variety with the chinese menu compared to the english menu.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal there. I ordered the Chilli duck and watermelon salad as a main and it was more than sufficient. I have to say the taste of the food was very good and the evening a success. The chef came out to say hi at the end - a first for me! The only reason I can't give my experience of this place 5 stars is due to the lack of chilli on the duck. The Gobi Manchurian had more zing to it so perhaps next time I'll ask them to put the sauce from that on the duck :)
Been there recently and the taste and buffet options has improved a lot. There were new varieties at the Buffet and would definitely recommend. Dinner menu is ala carte and tastes better than the lunch buffet. Ample council parking opposite Roshini's.

At Heathrow Airport T5. I had the seafood pasta and was the loveliest bowl of pasta I've had for a while, was delish. Service was very good. Kept one of our meals warm for our late arrival guest. Lovely spot to have a meal. Love to go back.
Very busy but I must say you get seated quick, served quick and evertone has a smile. There was one slight mishap but my commendations to the manager who dealt with things quickly & very generously. Nice place to stop if you have the time.

Fantastic! Great service and atmosphere. Food was delicious. Very easy access from Twin Rivers car park. Plenty of shopping around as well. Great place to finish up at after a day at the shops!
Went into Zizzi Staines for lunch. I had tried the pork meatball pasta, which was “interesting" (which is why I have only given 4 stars this time). All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I was looked after by the lovely Jess who will quite often pour my favourite drink before I have told her what I would like. I might have said this before I am not sure. Message to management look after her she is good. They have different types of chairs in the restaurant AVOID the pink chairs they are so hard and uncomfortable Will defiantly be eating there again.

This is the best Italian place I’ve ever eaten at!! The environment is amazing and the staff is very friendly. They have wild grapes growing all along the ceiling! If I lived in London I would come here at least once a week! It’s a great value for the prices. Highly recommend if you love Italian food!!!
We had a wonderful experience at La Bettola for lunch. This place has such a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and OUTSTANDING food! Their menu has so many options. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant! It was so delicious and I won't forget this place. So good!

Second time going here, because the first time, about a year ago, was great. It was moderately busy but was seated immediately. Ordered a noodle dish, water and green tea. The server was quick to bring me a bottle of water and a glass. I though it was weird to get a glass bottle of plain water, but was super thirsty so I finished it quick. Noodles didn't take too long to come after and when I was close to being done the server asked if I'd like another water, I said I was okay, just waiting on the tea. It never came. Getting close to boarding time, I asked for the bill. I was charged 2£ for the bottle of water, and even though the tea was on the bill (free) I never got it. Not impressed that I wasn't told that water was charged. I don't know if they serve tap water, but something should have been said. The noodles were really good, I'd recommend checking it out as it's one of the more reasonably priced sit down places in the airport, but this time service was bad and I'm still pretty annoyed at the cost of plain water.
Nice place to grab a quick meal at Heathrow. Plenty of choice on the menu. Reasonable number of choices if you are gluten free. Food is tasty and the service is quick. Cafeteria style seating. Conveniently located in terminal 5. Tables facing the outside had power outlets to charge your electronics.

I did not expect anything from their sushi at all, not had the best luck with airport food. But, to my very surprise, the sushi set to go was quite delicious. Almost want to go get another set before my flight!
Sunny was absolutely fantastic! Really great service and food was great - as always
The Runnymede on Thames, Windsor Rd, Egham TW20 0AG, UK – 01784 220999
Food looks delicious. Taste doesn't live up to the look however. Not terrible, but not great.
We visited this place as part of a business meeting and had a truly great experience. The first look might not be the best but the inside is fantastic. The decorations are superb, the staff are courteous and helpful a d the restaurant is a delight. The food is superb made from fresh ingredients and is deliciously prepared. There is a great variety and some superb choice. From start to finish it's a great experience. They offer an outstanding buffet lunch which puts many restaurants to shame. The staff are very helpful and do it in an non invasive manner.

Right by the Thames. Great location and great feels. The bartenders look young but they know what they are doing. I watched one of them pour a pint and it was poetry. They also know how to make classic drinks - sadly a rare virtue at bars around the world now.
Really good location. Good choices on menu with good prices. Also nice to see various veggie options as opposed to the normal one only. Also clean and friendly staff.

This pub has a fantastic beer garden with a variety of outside seating options. Food great and very good value. Range of beers and lowest prices I found locally during my stay. Must not forget the lovely staff. If you don't visit this pub you've missed out.
Decent enough place that has recently been refurbished. Service at the bar is usually quick but good service not so much, it's a small kitchen and they never seen to have enough staff on. They had a drinks bar in the restaurant area but it seems to be random as to whether they will serve you there or send you round to the main bar. Overall a good pub!
